Common questions
Planning a West Michigan golf trip.
How far in advance should we plan?
We recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead for groups. We will always do our best on shorter notice when courses and hotels have availability.
Can GRGS accommodate different handicap levels?
Yes. Course selection, tee placement, and format are built around the range of players in your group, so a mixed ability foursome still has a good day.
Can we request specific courses?
Absolutely. Tell us the courses you want on the itinerary and we build around them where tee sheets allow, then fill in the rest with options that fit your budget and pace.
Do we pay courses and hotels separately?
No. Your group receives one consolidated itinerary and invoice. We accept Venmo and Apple Pay for fast, simple payment.
Can GRGS plan bachelor, corporate, or milestone trips?
Yes. Buddies trips, bachelor groups, reunions, birthdays, client entertainment, and company outings are all regular work. The Invitational itinerary is built specifically for corporate groups with one consolidated invoice.
What happens if weather affects the itinerary?
West Michigan weather can move quickly. We stay in contact with your captain throughout the trip and work with the courses on rescheduling or alternate plans wherever availability allows. Course and hotel policies still apply to their own bookings.
Can smaller groups use the service?
Yes. Reach out directly and we will build a custom itinerary that fits your group size, including groups smaller than four.
Does submitting the form commit us to booking?
No. The form simply starts the conversation. You receive a response within 24 hours and nothing is reserved until you approve the itinerary.
