Grand Rapids Golf Society is the organization championing West Michigan as a golf destination: the courses, the hospitality, the food and drink, and the ease of getting from one to the next.
Our Mission
Grand Rapids Golf Society exists to elevate West Michigan as one of the premier golf destinations in the Midwest by connecting exceptional golf, hospitality, and local experiences into one destination golfers want to return to year after year.
From the Founder
I have called West Michigan home for more than 40 years, and I have watched Grand Rapids grow into a place people are proud of. It is known for its food, its breweries, and its arts scene. I have always believed golf belongs in that conversation.
Some of the best golf in the Midwest is right here. Exceptional courses, genuine hospitality, and communities that know how to welcome visitors. What was missing was not the golf. It was an identity. Nobody had claimed this region as a golf destination and built something around it.
That is why I founded Grand Rapids Golf Society. We work with courses, hotels, and tourism organizations to build a reputation, one course, one partnership, and one memorable visit at a time, until West Michigan is known the way it deserves to be known.
